Tasting
Notes: At
25 percent Chardonnay and 75 percent Pinot Noir and Pinot
Meunier (the Meunier giving it its distinct flavor), this
Brut offers a broad range of fruit flavors. Elegant from start
to finish (including the attractive, almost Spanish-style
bottle shape), it offers a fine mousse and delicate bubbles.
Creamy in the mouth with a clean, light finish, we think this
wine would make a fine choice for our house Champagne. (Date
tasted 08/26/00)
