Tasting
Notes: This rosé-style Pinot Gris
offers a glowing salmon color and a dry, fresh style. The nose hints
at the rose petal aromas of a fine Provençal rosé, however
the wine's balance lacks crisp acidity. Nonetheless, this Canadian creation
is about as close to the South of France as you can get without leaving
North America.
