Tasting
Notes: This Oregon Pinot Gris is full of
body and creamy on the palate but flat on finish. Flavors and aromas
are racy and grassy, the kind that send shockwaves to the taste buds
like some of the wilder New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, but the grass
turns bitter at the back of the palate. Although it is a well-made wine,
its evolution of flavors is something of an acquired taste. (Date tasted
